Lunches for the week

I try to eat healthy stuff for lunch, so I prepare my lunches on the weekend. Usually, I buy 2 bags of frozen organic broccoli and 1 back of shelled organic edamame at the grocery store and keep them in the freezer at work. I make a combo of brown rice and quinoa in the rice cooker, and keep that in the fridge at work. I reheat and add a little soy sauce. Lunches for the whole week, healthy, easy, and tasty!
